Refund Policy Effective Date: July 1, 2025
At Your Crossroad, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized wellness coaching services. We value your investment in your health and wellness and aim to create a clear, fair policy regarding payments and refunds.
By purchasing a coaching package or service from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Terms:
All coaching services must be paid in full prior to the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This secures your commitment and allows us to reserve time and resources dedicated to your success.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of wellness coaching—which involves time, preparation, and personalized support—all payments made in full upfront are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances listed below:
- Serious Medical or Personal Emergency: If you are unable to continue due to a verified medical condition or emergency, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions. Documentation may be required.
- Service Disruption by Coach: If Your Crossroad must cancel services for any reason and is unable to deliver the full program, a prorated refund will be issued based on unused sessions.
3. Session Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
- You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be forfeited and not refunded.
- If you repeatedly miss or reschedule sessions, we reserve the right to discontinue the program without a refund.
4. No Guarantee of Results
We are here to support and guide you, but results vary based on individual commitment and circumstances. Therefore, refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with outcomes.
5. Cancellation of Program by Client
If you choose to discontinue the coaching program after it has begun, you may request a review of your case. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we may offer a partial credit for future use at our discretion, depending on the number of sessions completed and notice provided.
