Weekly Theme: Common Beliefs That Block Momentum

“Most barriers aren’t physical — they’re the stories we believe about ourselves.”

Wednesday — Their Chapter Ten Isn’t Your Chapter One.

Scrolling social media can make you feel behind. You see highlight reels and mistake them for real life.

Comparison quietly fuels the story: “If they can do it, why can’t I?”

But your path is unique. Your starting line, circumstances, and priorities are different — and that’s okay.

Instead of comparing outward, focus inward:
– *Compare you-to-you.* What progress have you made in the last week?
– *Use others as inspiration.* “If they started small, I can too.”

Motivation comes and goes. Habits, built through repetition in consistent contexts, carry you through those dips.
